Shelly Beach is located on Waiheke Island in the Hauraki Gulf about a 30 minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland. Thanks to the generosity of a friend, Keith Townshend gets to stay and enjoy the beauty and peace of Shelly Beach which provides Keith with ample inspiration and material for more of his signature seascapes.
